Today is Friday the 13th and what better way is there to spend it than getting on an airplane and starting my vacation? I am on my way to Texas, where every sink has three taps; a hot water, a cold water and a gravy. I will be drinking and eating my way through Austin and Houston visiting friends, families and tequilas. During my fried food/Lone Star binge, guest bloggers will be filling in for me but don't be surprised if I find time to write about some crazy effed up Texas bullshit.
